Ideal candidates bring a solid foundation in audio-visual equipment and live event setup, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Core Knowledge:
- Microphones and audio mixers
- Portable sound systems
- Projectors
- Basic signal flow and cable management
- Setup and teardown of AV systems
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to perform reliably and deliver quality work
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication and collaboration with clients, coworkers, and management
- Basic understanding of audiovisual hardware, software, and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on problem-solving and follow-through
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
